Brian hails from across the ditch via London, Sydney and Melbourne. The Foxton Green is Brian's third venue after the success of his two previous venues in Melbourne - Maya Tequilla Bar and Grill and, Two Dudes Kitchen. Brian has a wealth of hospitality experience having worked with some of the biggest names in hospitality.
Connor has been in Brisbane for a hot minute all the way from Scotland via Northern Ireland. He has extensive experience throughout the UK including in fine dining. Connor's meteoric rise to Head Chef after departing the renouned BOS restaurant. His love for food and cooking evident in every dish.
Alice's experience in the Brisbane hospitality scene encompasses cafes, bars and upmarket restaurants. Her warm and bubbly personality belies Alice's professionalism. She makes a killer coffee, almost as good as her banter.
